Nothing change after 14.72 software installation. Went for a 3h15min run this morning and the watch went from 100% battery to 43% ! On my 2 weeks old f5s I can see, from the beginning, what I consider as twice the expected battery loss during GPS (and swimming) activities : 20% per hour for GPS, 10% per hour while swimming (without GPS). OTOH I don't experience such huge battery drain during the night, neither during day. My f5s lost 3,5% last night in 7 hours, and it's I updated to the 24.10 firmwear and the battery started draining quicker, especially on activities like long runs, a 15k run would go down 15-20% of battery. But battery use became even worse when I updated the new topo maps, over a 24 hour period it would drain 50%, and the other 50 12 hours later. I uninstalled alot of apps, disabled wifi Garmin has issued a software update that addresses a battery drain issue on the Fenix 7. There is also new firmware for a few other watches. The latest software version for Fenix 7, Enduro 2 and -> Battery lost more than 1 percent per hour (on 13.22 it is 0.8 percent per hour). Many Epix Pro, non-pro, Fenix Pro/non-pro in my country (Vietnam) ARE STRUGGLING WITH THIS ISSUE. Today I had seen many posts regarding this battery bug but wanted to see for myself. Regret it now. PLEASE GET THIS FIXED ASAP GARMIN! My garmin fenix Watch has stopped measuring/ recording body battery and stress levels for the last 2 days. Nothing has changed on my settings and it is still on the list of display items under ‘my day’. There is also no data on the watch widget for both stress and body battery. Recently though, I've noticed I've been needing to charge this MUCH sooner than normal. I don't get anywhere near 3 weeks. Here are my current settings - Garmin Stock Watch Face - Backlight only on when I press button or touch screen ( after midnight I have to press button, touch screen is off completely ) - Wifi is OFF - PulseOx is OFF - HR is * Have a new Fenix 7s since about two weeks - before I had the original Instinct for four years. Like on the Instinct, the first thing I did was activating the "storm alarms" on the brand new Fenix. * Then the first two weeks, up until 2 days ago battery was a disaster (watch lost 25% of charge per day in standby, with Pulseox Off, Stock Hi Everyone, Greetings. Yesterday, i received a software update v14.31 on my Fenix 7 Sapphire Solar. The battery drain after the update has been quite significant. The battery when i went to sleep was around 60% and when i got up in the morning the battery was around 36%. Today morning, i restarted the watch and charged the battery to 100%. For me, downgrading to ANT_BLE_BT_v5.04 solved my issues and a few of us have had success doing this if you search the various power drain threads. After downgrade I am using approx 0.3% battery per hour, or put it another way over 20 hours, battery drops 6% - this is of course without any activities. xGFtQsa.
